I have done several searches after installing Version 5.0 and none of the drop downs are showing any history on subsequent launches of Fileseek. I looked in the registry and it looks like all other version info has been cleaned out. I can see items in HKEY_Current_User\Software\Binary Fortress Software\FileSeek LastUsedPath, LastUsedFilesINclude and LastUsedQuiery but they don't show in the dropdowns.
On the Settings > Options tab, do you have the "Always start FileSeek with blank search criteria" option enabled?
