Hello Owen,
"Help: Selected Columns: This list shows the columns that are currently shown in the Results List. To reorder the columns, you can drag and drop the items in this list."
This reordering is not possible in version 7.2.
I had to go back to version 6.9.

I was able to reproduce that here so I've added it to our list to look into.
