I'm not sure that FileSeek has anything to do with your issue, it seems like more of a coincidence. After installing FileSeek, my F3 key stopped working. I uninstalled FileSeek to see if that was the problem, but still no F3. Tested with another keyboard, still not working.
Any idea what's going on?
