It sets the viewing application (editor) FileSeek will use to open the selected file.  I would assume that if the application doesn't match the file (text editor for text files) then it would do nothing.  That value is stored in the registry with the OpenOther value.  You can delete it from there.<br/>

However, that said, I can't get it to work properly either.  I use SciTE as my primary text editor and it seems to be sensitive to spaces in the target path.  If the target has no spaces, it opens it up just fine.  Would it be possible to quote the target when using the 'Open With Other Application' tool?<br/>
