My example was oversimplified. I have many directories on multiple drives. You'll also want to head to the "Advanced" tab and enable "Show file names that match the query text" along with "Show folder names that match the query text" so the query will match. You can also enable "Search sub-folders" if you want it to search further down the folder tree as well.

I don't think what I'm looking for is a wildcard. Here's an example:

I have a folder with subfolders for artists

f:\music\Nine Inch Nails
f:\music\Yes

Each of the folders above have subfolders or files with the word 'Fragile'.

How should I search to find only the folders or files with the word 'Fragile' under the 'Yes' folder.

Should I use Text Query?

If I search using

yes +fragile

I get no results.

If I use both words with no + sign, I get too many results.
If I use just one of those words, I get too many results.

I get the idea fileseek probably has the capability to do what I'd like and I'm just not getting the query right. I was hoping the 'query will be compared against the entire path' would solve it, but as yet to no avail.

I have multiple paths entered by appending and am able to find all occurences of a file on different drives with a particular string in the name.

What I'd like to find is all files with a string in the name as well as a different string in the path.

For example: find all files with 'Submarine' in the name that has 'Beatles' in the path. Or perhaps any occurence of both strings anywhere in the path including the filename.
