However, when you Alt-TAB through open windows it only shows FileSeek's generic window title, "FileSeek v1.0.6 - Binary Fortress Software", which makes it hard to tell which FileSeek is which.

You could make running multiple FileSeeks tremendously more useful if you displayed the current search path in the title like Word or other programs show the open document. Examples:

Word: "SomeDoc.doc - Word"
TextPad: "TextPad - [c:\Somepath\Somefile.txt]"
Firefox: "Some Page Title - Mozilla Firefox" ]]>
