<description><![CDATA[There actually isn't one, but we've added that to our list for the next version. In the meantime, there is a workaround. If you save a search profile with the Query is RegEx option enabled, you can then do this from the command-line:
FileSeek.exe -l "profile name" -q "your regex query" -start]]></description>

currently I have... fileseek.exe "C:\tmp" ... that opens fileseek with the temp directory in the location but I cannot figure out the command line for the query as well as to do it automatically.  Thanks!
