Currently the "copy selected files" function only grabs the files and not the paths, but there is a workaround. If you choose "Zip All Results" it will put them into a ZIP file, keeping the directory structure intact. You can then extract the zip to wherever you need it to be. I've also added a request to our list for a "Copy Results with Directory Structure" function :)

When I click on the context menu to copy the selected files and paste them into a separate folder, they are copied without saving directory paths.
