You can enter in the path you want to search in the "Path" box, along with the file types you want to search for in the "Include Files" box (you can search multiple files types by separating each entry with a "|" character). You can then use the "Query" box to search within each file.

It sounds like you'll want to set the matching to "Match query to each line in file" in the advanced tab, and you'll want to enable "Process file contents using File Handlers" as well.

Apologies if this has been answered, but need to search 100K of files for any matches to a list of 1000 or so names in an csv or text or excel column. Any matches to any value in the column would constitute a "hit". Any guidance is much appreciated! ]]>
