If you just put both of those in the query box like below, it will match either one :)

"error in log file" "log file error"

The space is an implied "OR"

eg: search for "error in log file" but also match on "log file error"

ie: using the match whole string makes the search very exact, but you might miss the result you are after due to incorrect word position in the string
