I am very happy to announce the release of FileSeek 1.8.3! This new release adds the ability to filter search results by the Last Modified Date, as well as including a number of important bug fixes. One other important change is the default action when double-clicking a search result item. It now performs the default Windows "Open" command, not the "Open with Other Application" command. Here are some highlights from this release:

• Added an option to filter results by the last modified date
• Filename matches now have a different icon than the file content matches
• Double-clicking a result will now perform the default "Open", not "Open with Other Application"
• Sorting by the "Date Modified" column now works correctly
• Sorting by the "Line Number" column is now much faster
• Folder name matches now use the "Include" search pattern, as well as the "Query" text
