The "x" icon to the left of the result indicates that there was an error searching the file, and if you scroll to the right, it should show the error message.<br/>

Searching without file handlers won't work for Word documents because they're not plain text files. Searching with file handlers should work though. Could you do another search, and then export the results (right-click the results and choose "Export All Results As CSV" so that I can see the errors?<br/>
