It used to work, so I'm not sure what's changed, but we'll definitely investigate it further!

In the meantime, I've just tested the Foxit PDF Preview Handler and it seems to work pretty well. You can download it using the link at the bottom of this article: http://timheuer.com/blog/archive/2008/05/09/foxit-pdf-preview-handler.aspx

I can search, find and open PDFs perfectly. What is NOT working, is the PDF preview handler. All I get is a PDF icon showing in the preview pane.

All other preview handlers are working.

This is Win10 64 bit, FileSeek Pro 5.0.1

The PDF file handler is C:\Programfiles\Adobe\Adobe PDF iFilter 11 for 64-bit platforms\bin\PDFfilter.dll (this works - I installed it based on a post here)

The PDF preview handler is C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\pdfprevhandler.dll

FOr what it's worth, the PDF preview handler works fine in Outlook 2016.
